Gallery

Not all images begin as projects. Some are simply moments that insist on being seen.

This gallery brings together photographs made in different places and situations — images shaped by light, atmosphere, texture, colour, beauty, strangeness or chance. Some were made while travelling, others emerged alongside larger projects but did not naturally belong within them.

They may not all carry the same conceptual framework as my main bodies of work. Still, they remain important to me. They are images where something visual was strong enough to stop me — a certain light, a surface, a landscape, a room, or a mood.

For me, photography often begins before explanation. Sometimes an image does not need to argue or define itself. Sometimes it is enough that it holds a presence.
