Beneath the Surface

Underwater photography is entering another world — where light behaves differently, distance changes, and every movement matters.

The sea demands patience. Fish read our movement, our eyes and our breathing. If we move slowly enough, they may accept our presence — and for a moment, a quiet cooperation begins.

Beneath the surface is a complete and vulnerable world. The ocean is not separate from us. If it dies, we die with it.
